✓ All individuals who need to sign the document
✓ Any required witnesses, if applicable

Don't sign the document ahead of time if the notarization requires the signature to be witnessed by the notary.

If you need to keep a copy of your notarized documents, we can make a copy of your documents for you. We offer color or black & white copies.

Need to fax or have your notarized documents emailed? No problem. We can fax or email a pdf document of your notarized documents for you.
